Jon Friedman
Jon Friedman is Founder and CEO of The Race Caller and Chief Operating Officer of the Directors Academy. He began his career in politics in the 2008 general election as Director of absentee ballot and early vote programs in Michigan and Wisconsin, and went on to work as a national political consultant and operative for presidential campaigns, state political organizations and national nonprofits.
Today, Jon also advises boards, CEOs and executive teams on governance effectiveness, board composition and succession, and leadership capabilities. Previously, he was a Director in the Board Services and In-House Counsel Recruiting practices at Major, Lindsey & Africa. He built The Race Caller to bring a strategist's eye to election night, with every pick on the record.
Julianne Cantelmi
Julianne Cantelmi is President of The Race Caller, where she leads brand, partnerships and growth. In her day job, she leads business development and project management at Associated Architects in Arizona, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, keeping complex projects on schedule and on budget, and building partnerships across Arizona and the Southwest.
Before architecture, she built a career in advertising, brand promotion, client engagement and market positioning. She holds a B.S. in Architectural Technology from the New York Institute of Technology.
